Cabin Tour

Occasionally, we will showcase other neat cabins and unique buildings that we come across in our travels.

This is an amazing abandoned 1890's hand built juniper wood cabin out in eastern Oregon. We had the opportunity to check this cabin out with our good friend who knows the owner.

Slightly fire damaged, but otherwise completely intact and solid 1890's juniper cabin.

The Comfortable living room.

"Everything but the kitchen sink"

The board on the left is believed to be the original ironing board.

Check out the dates and names on the newsprint that apparently served as the wallpaper for the kitchen!

"Final Proof, Land Office at Burns Oregon. July 7, 1897"

This is the food storage cellar. The 1890's version of a fridge.

Simply an amazing place. Harney County, Oregon.
